A San Francisco home with a large light-up “YOLO” sign in the backyard could be yours for around $4.5 million.

The Russian Hill home at 1268 Lombard Street features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, across 2,550 square feet with a private garage, roof deck and a spacious backyard—well, spacious by San Francisco standards.

‘YOLO,’ means ‘you only live once,’ for those unfamiliar with the term. It was widely popularized by Canadian rapper Drake in his 2011 banger, The Motto, featuring Lil Wayne.

Although the term might date back to the early 90s.

Denise Kohne, a realtor with Compass who listed the property for sale, said the sign was there when the current owners purchased the home in 2018.

“We obviously wanted to include it with the sale, pass it on,” Kohne said.
