SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) – A luxury housing project for seniors is slated to open in San Francisco next year.

Prices run to $27,000 per month for a two bedroom unit on Coterie Cathedral Hill in Van Ness and O’Farrell.

Studios start at $8,000 per month.

The 208-unit complex includes amenities such as Michelin-starred meals, which residents can enjoy 24-hours a day in the restaurant or in their room.

There are also health facilities, a fitness center, heated pools, a movie theater, a hair salon, and more.
