Congrats to the Aliottis! Santa Cruz Enterprise House owners Earn Worldwide Award

Frank and Michelle Aliotti, owners of Mr. Rooter® Plumbing of Santa Cruz, recently received the Top Gun award from the Mr. Rooter Plumbing corporate office during the company’s 2014 International Convention in Orlando, Florida, in September.
This Top Gun award goes to franchise owners who achieve sales goals and exceed operation benchmarks. The recipients represent the top 10 percent of Mr. Rooter Plumbing owners across North America.
“The idea of ‘Top Gun’ was established by the Navy in the 1960’s as a way to give training and credit to elite fighter pilots,” said Mary Kennedy Thompson, president of Mr. Rooter Plumbing. “Taking a page from the Naval Top Gun program, each year we recognize our franchise leaders for their accomplishments and dedication to the trade. It takes perseverance, hard work, expertise and commitment to reach the Top Gun goal and we are honored to have Frank and Michelle on our team.”
The Top Gun designation was inspired by the 1980’s movie of the same moniker. Don Dwyer, the late founder of Mr. Rooter Plumbing’s parent company, The Dwyer Group®, initiated the concept. He felt the top franchise owners, who went the extra mile and did what it took to be exemplary, deserved recognition.
“We are humbled and honored to receive this award,” remarked Frank Aliotti. “We have an outstanding team of professionals who work hard everyday. We wouldn’t have been able to achieve this without their help.”
The Aliottis and their shop have received this designation before, as well. In addition, they were named the recipient of the 2013 Franchisee of the Year award for Mr. Rooter Plumbing, the company’s highest honor.
