FHLBank San Francisco announced that its board of directors has named Teresa Bryce Bazemore as president and CEO of the bank.

61-year-old Bazemore was a pioneer in the mortgage banking industry. As a senior executive in this area, she brings over 25 years of experience building and running mortgage insurance and service companies. From July 2008 until her retirement in April 2017, she was President of Radian Guarantee and led strategic planning, business development and operations for the Mortgage Insurance business. Prior to becoming President of Radian, she was the company’s EVP, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Risk Officer. Previously, Bazemore was SVP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Nexstar Financial Corporation, and General Counsel for the Mortgage Banking division of Bank of America.
