Intero Expands San Francisco Presence With Acquisition of BHHS California Realty Workplace
CUPERTINO, California – (BUSINESS WIRE) – Intero®, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway and a wholly owned subsidiary of HomeServices of America, Inc., today announced the acquisition of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Realty. Samuel Cadelinia, a 41-year-old industry veteran and former broker and owner, will continue his successful real estate practice at Intero in San Francisco.
