If convicted, she could face up to 16 years in prison and fined $ 3,000 (£ 2,150), the New York Post reports.
Mr Khadka, 32, believes the passengers molested him because he is a South Asian immigrant.
He told CBS, “I never said bad things to you, I never swore, I wasn’t raised that way. I don’t hit people, I wasn’t brought up that way, so they didn’t get out of my car. ”
When asked if he had a message for the women, the driver said, “Since you were born and raised here in the US, you don’t think the other person is any less human.”

Boris Johnson says vaccines are safe and the “roadmap” for lockdown is still on the right track
The Mirror previously reported that the victim claimed their behavior occurred after refusing to be their driver because they weren’t wearing masks when he picked them up in San Francisco on Sunday.
There was almost a beating when he took his cell phone out of the hand of one of the women.
He claims that after the stubborn passengers finally got off, the woman, dressed in red pepper spray, drove into his car through a crack in the window.
The spat escalated when one of the women was accused of saying “f *** the masks” after demanding that they wear face coverings.
The video seems to show her then coughing at him, causing one of her pals to burst into laughter and make fake spitting noises.
A third passenger does not appear to be participating as she sits between the two.
An Uber spokesperson told KPIX 5, “The behavior seen in the video is terrifying. The passenger no longer has access to Uber. “
