Key takeaways for homeowners:

  • 39% of homeowners plan to pursue more home improvement projects in the next year.

  • While the majority of homeowners repair damage, 37% are pursuing projects to save money on monthly electricity and utility bills, and 19% want to add value to their home.

  • 72% plan on budget $ 5,000 or less about their upcoming projects.

  • If financing were possible, 34% of the homeowners surveyed would finance their entire home improvement project.
