Sources told DailyMail.com that Pelosi, 81, and husband Paul are spending $ 25 million on a palatial six bedroom villa in Hobe Sound, Florida.
The impressive, classic-style mansion has nine bathrooms, a 55-meter private beach, and a colonnaded courtyard.
Photos show that the cream-colored property also has a marble-topped kitchen, private movie theater, gym, and swimming pool, and is set in 2.5 acres of landscaped grounds.
