New York fairness agency acquires controlling stake of East Hempfield dwelling service firm | Native Enterprise

A New York private equity firm has acquired a majority stake in Punctual Pros, the company that owns One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Mister Sparky Electrical, all of which operate out of the same East Hempfield Township location.

Details of private equity firm Broad Sky Partners’ purchase were not disclosed and did not involve the Punctual Pros property at 518 Running Pump Road. A Broad Sky spokesperson said Broad Sky plans to keep all 113 employees of Punctual Pros. Punctual Pros is one of the largest franchisee operators within Authority Brands, a home service franchisor in North America with more than 2,800 territories.

Punctual Pros CEO and former sole owner Matt Buckwalter will remain with the company.

Punctual Pros wants to expand through acquisitions, said Buckwalter in a written statement.

Punctual Pros was founded initially in 1958 as The Rohrer Co., growing to serve 240 ZIP codes in Lancaster, Dauphin, York, Chester, Bucks and Montgomery counties.
