A classic wooded home in the Cole Valley neighborhood of San Francisco sold for $ 2.1 million above the original asking price.

Built in 1973, the three-bedroom, two-bathroom home was originally listed for $ 2.995 million along with an adjacent vacant lot for $ 500,000. Both packages together sold for $ 5.6 million.

The 1,920-square-foot home is ideally located on top of a hill with great views of the bay and city from every room. There is also a kitchen / kitchen with a breakfast nook and a formal dining area.
