Six-Individual Advisor Staff Joins UBS Personal Wealth Administration in San Francisco, CA

SAN FRANCISCO – (BUSINESS WIRE) – UBS Private Wealth Management announced today that John “JT” Davenport, Angela Colombani and Sean Livingston have joined the company in San Francisco, California. The team brings together more than five decades of experience at UBS and joins the company after more than 10 years at JP Morgan Private Bank, where they have built a successful business advising very wealthy families. They manage $ 10.5 billion in client assets.

In addition to JT, Angela and Sean, the team also includes Client Service Associate Jordan Sayer, Senior Wealth Strategy Associate Chris Carothers and Senior Wealth Strategy Associate Tyler Baker-Williams.

JT worked at Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers and Arthur Andersen before joining JP Morgan Private Bank in 2010. At JP Morgan, he served as the managing director and head of the company’s Northern California Technology Practice, focusing on advising executives of private and public companies on pre-transaction planning, stock compensation and investment strategies. JT holds an MBA from the Berkeley-Colombia Executive MBA Program and a BS from Miami University. In 2001 he was awarded the title of Certified Public Accountant (CPA). JT currently serves on the Investment Committee of the Gateway Charter School in San Francisco.

Angela joined JP Morgan Private Bank in 2000, where she most recently served as Managing Director and Global Investment Specialist. She also led the practice of Northern California Private Bank Healthcare, which specializes in advising private and public company executives on pre-transaction planning, stock compensation and investment strategies. Angela has more than 20 years of experience in global capital markets and investment management. She holds a BS from California State University at Stanislaus, where she started on the women’s basketball team for four years.

Sean worked at PIMCO in Newport Beach, London and Munich before joining JP Morgan Private Bank in 2009. At JP Morgan, he served as Executive Director and Senior Client Advisor and led the private equity / venture capital team in Northern California. He has an MBA from the London Business School and a BA from the University of California, Irvine. Sean is active in his local community and has served on a variety of nonprofit bodies, including the San Francisco AIDS Foundation, the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus, and Friends of the Children.
