FAIRFIELD (CBS SF) – Fairfield firefighters responded to a vegetation fire that closed Highway 12 Monday night.

Firefighters responded around 8:30 pm to the two-acre fire on 12 State Highway and Beck Avenue, which the Fairfield Fire Department said “was moving at a moderate rate.”
