Project manager:
This role requires a friendly self-starter who offers high levels of high-end customer service, attention to detail, and experience coordinating and managing a wide variety of tasks involving moving parts. This person will come up with creative solutions to sometimes unorthodox challenges and will wear different hats to get the job done. This role is suitable for people who can show patience, judgment, flexibility, discretion and a fine touch. You should feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Can quickly learn new tasks, set priorities and solve problems if necessary
- Experience with high-end residential projects and customer service
- Knowledge of G Suite, Adobe Suite and MAC-based computer systems; Studio Designer and AutoCAD are a plus
- Driver’s license to manage tasks as needed. Personal transportation is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for customer communication and inquiries
- Bring suitable design members and traders / subcontractors
- Work with the design team to implement the project work
- Coordinate and oversee the work of craftsmen / subcontractors
- Resolving and resolving emergencies – sometimes at night and on weekends
- Develop and maintain a trusted network of highly skilled, detail-oriented artisans / subcontractors
- Coordinate customer moving services including, but not limited to, reselling furniture, planning and overseeing moves, and setting up the home before you move in
- Develop and maintain the project house dossier
- Adhere to the quarterly and annual project maintenance plan
- The project purchase before the completion of the construction work and the interior furnishings move in
- Coordinate with suppliers for setting up quotes, purchasing, tracking, and delivery.
- Receipt and control of deliveries. Coordination of returns as required
- Communication and coordination with craftsmen, subcontractors and suppliers
Must be eligible to work in the US without VISA sponsorship. Competitive compensation package based on experience
