Warren Wareham Obituary – (1920-2015)

Warren Stewart Wareham ~ Marion Jennilee Wareham Feb. 19, 1920 – May 10, 2015 ~ May 20, 1920 – May 6, 2015 Residents of Los Gatos, California Warren was born in Jefferson, Texas on February 19, 1920. He passed away peacefully on May 10, 2015. He graduated from Pacific Union College in California where he met the love of his life, Marion J. John. After graduation he attended the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco, Ca. He served in the US Army Dental Corp and after his discharge they made their home in Los Gatos, California. Dr. Wareham then opened his dental office where he practiced for 38 years. Warren belonged to the Kiwanis Club for 52 years and the Saratoga Men’s Club for 20 years. Warren was a board member for the Santa Clara County Dental Society. Marion was born in Takoma Park, Maryland on May 20, 1920. She passed away peacefully on May 6, 2015. She attended and graduated from Pacific Union College in California. In 1959 she began teaching English and was the part time librarian at Mountain View Academy in Mountain View, California. Her passion for education continued by her attending summer classes at Oxford and Cambridge Universities. Her legacy as a teacher and thoughtful mentor will be remembered. Many students under her tutelage achieved and pursued excellence in all their future endeavors. This June they would have celebrated 72 years of marriage. Marion preceded Warren in death by 4 days. They lived and enjoyed each day that God gave them. Warren and Marion have two children. John Wareham (Patti) and Kathy Littleton (Sam). They are the proud grandparents to Joshua Littleton (Charlene), Ryan Littleton (deceased), Alan Wareham (Missy) and Douglas Wareham. They also have several great grandchildren. Friends and family are invited to attend services on Friday May 22, 2015 at 10:30 at Chapel of the Hills, 615 N. Santa Cruz Ave, Los Gatos, California. Burial to follow at Los Gatos Memorial Park, 2255 Los Gatos-Almaden Road, San Jose, California.
