Wrench Group Acquires Maine Residence Providers | Enterprise & Finance
LIVERMORE, Calif .– (BUSINESS WIRE) – 1/6/2022–
Wrench Group, LLC (“Wrench”), a national leader in household services, announced the acquisition of Maine Home Services (“Maine”), a leading provider of electrical services in the San Jose and Bay Area.
Maine, based in Livermore, Calif., Becomes the 25th company in the Wrench family of brands, promoting Wrench’s growth in the Bay Area and Northern California markets. As of March 2020, Wrench has added 15 home services brands to its list.
Maine will operate under the service umbrella of Service Champions Heating & Air Conditioning, a home services company with five locations in the Bay Area. Service Champions became the first California location to join the Wrench family in 2020 and has a strong presence across the region.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Maine will retain local leadership and management and operate under its current brand for a short period of time before transitioning to the Service Champions brand on a date yet to be determined. They currently have approximately 20 team members and serve more than 2,700 clients in the San Jose and Bay Area.
