2 Arrests Made In Pittsburg Taking pictures That Killed 19-12 months-Outdated Antioch Man – CBS San Francisco
PITTSBURG (CBS SF) – Police in Pittsburgh police made two arrests related to a fatal shootout early Wednesday morning and provided further details on the case.
Officials found the victim, identified as 19-year-old Jabbar Mahmood, after crashing into several parked cars and a telephone pole near 3:15 a.m. near El Dorado Drive and Shasta Circle. Police said Mahmood sustained a gunshot wound to the upper body.

He died on the scene.
Investigators found that Mahmood was driving to a house on the 100 block of El Dorado Drive to seek the services of a woman who worked as a prostitute. Before Mahmood arrived, the woman’s friend had parked outside for protection.

According to the police, there was an apparent argument between Mahmood and the woman. After Mahmood went to the car, police said the male suspect went to the victim and shot him.
Mahmood tried to drive off but later crashed.
On Thursday morning, detectives and the department’s tactical team served an arrest warrant in a house in Antioch. The suspects, identified as 33-year-old Charles Daniels and 23-year-old Alberta Stewart, have been sent to Contra Costa County Jail for murder.
