So, now Aaron Rodgers could actually be on the way there San Francisconot new York? Hmmmm… what the hell just happened here? Crap like this has turned so many people off of A-Rod over the years. All this nonsense with his vaccinations and The darkness retreats. A month ago, Rodgers talked about how ready he was to play in the Big Apple for the Jets and had his list of players he wanted to sign and this and that. On Wednesday, former New York Giants running back Tiki Barber mentioned that the 49ers could be a possibility after all the excitement surrounding Rodgers' move to NYC. This was a little nugget that FS1 host Craig Carton posted a few weeks earlier.

If any of this is true that the Niners want to snag the California native Rodgers, the Jets should be beside themselves. However, if the rumors are true that Jets owner Woody Johnson is holding up the trade because of concerns about a first-round pick if A-Rod retires, then it's his own fault if this all blows up in his face. Of course, the Jets would be right to screw up this deal. But Rodgers is not without his faults as he plays the role of a manipulative lover who tricks his new beau into making others jealous. Damn A-Rod, man. Can we just get something done here so everyone can move on and stop worrying about Rodgers until September? Please.
