Fuller Heart and Mr. Handyman associate to assist neighborhood

A new partnership has formed in ongoing efforts to reduce spoiled homes in central Georgia.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC / WMGT) – A new partnership has been formed as part of ongoing efforts to reduce spoiled homes in central Georgia.

Fuller Center and Mr. Handyman of Macon and Warner Robins have teamed up to begin work on Mrs. Ballard’s home.

Ballard recently lost her husband and their home had to be repaired several times to keep it safe and habitable.

Her house received repairs that included fixing a door, putting a new floor on, and repainting.

Bill Green, the owner of Mr. Handyman, says he did projects like this before the pandemic, so partnering with the Fuller Center was the right choice to help the community.

“I’ve always been raised to help others, and that’s just one way I can give back to our community,” said Green.

The aim is to help more homeowners in the county repair their homes.
